How to Do Bed Leveling on Anet ET Series 3D Printer with Marlin Firmware

Bed leveling on Marlin is one of the most difficult things when you start using it.
Today we are going to show you how to do bed leveling on the Anet ET Series 3D printer with Marlin Firmware.
Set Home Position
Step 1, Click the Gear Icon

Step 2, Click “Motion” button
Step 3, Click “Move Axis” button
Step 4, Click “Soft Endstops” button, turn it off
Step 5, Click “Move Z” Button
Step 6, Choose and click buttons to adjust the Z Axis
Step 7, Put a paper between the nozzle and the heat bed, adjust its distance
Step 8, Turn on the leveling sensor
PS: It must be precise; Turn right to open it, turn left to close it. Just turn it on, if it is off, reboot it if it is on.
Step 9, Click return button
Step 10, Click “Soft Endstops” button, turn it on
Level Corners Step
11, Click “Bed Leveling” button (Second Page on Motion)
Step 12, Click “Level Corners”
After that, the printer starts to home XYZ axis
Step 13, Put a paper on the heat bed
Homing XYZ axis finished, the nozzle locates in the middle position with leveling sensor on
Step 14, Click "Yes" button to move to the next corner
Adjust the distance of the corner 1
Step 15, Click "Yes" button to move to the next corner
Adjust the distance of the corner 2
Step 16, Click "Yes" button to move to the next corner
Adjust the distance of the corner 3
Step 17, Click "Yes" button to move to the next corner
Adjust the distance of the corner 4
Step 18, Click "No" button to finish the leveling
Set Probe Offsets
Step 19, Click “Configuration” button
Step 20, Click “Advanced Settings” button
Step 21, Click “Probe Offsets” button
Step 22, Click “Z Probe Wizard” button
After that, the printer starts to home XYZ axis
Homing XYZ axis finished, the nozzle locates in the middle position with leveling sensor on
Step 23, Click “Move 0.25mm” button
Step 24, Click “+” and”-”to adjust the distance
Step 25, Click “Yes” button to finish
Remember the value you got, it’s -0.15 we got
Step 26, Click “Probe Z Offset” button
Step 27, Click “+” and “-” button to set the value (the same value you got)
Step 28, Click “Yes” button to finish
Store Settings
Step 29, Click “Store Settings” to save your setting (it will return to home screen when finish)
Step 30, Start print
That’s all. And below are tips that you might want to remember.
1.Set the Z Probe Offsets value manual and based on what you get from the Wizard, the default is -4, if you don’t, the nozzle mush crash into the bed.
2.Turn on the Soft End Stops after setting the home position value. (Step 10)
