The print speed will affect the heating effect of the filament. More material is extruded through the larger nozzle than a standard one during the printing process at the same speed. The most common cause of the clog is that cold material stays glued to the inner of the nozzle. Also, it usually happens when you use a nozzle with a small diameter to print some particle-based filaments.
The first thing you should do is heat the extruder and the nozzle to soften the clogged material.
The temperature depends on the material. And then, use a pin or another bit of filament to push the clogged material out. Once the end clears, you can clean the extra filament with a brush. If the clog can’t be pushed out, remove the nozzle from the print head and leave it in acetone for a few hours. The acetone will melt the material and you will be able to clean it with a pin.
